He retraces the stages of his career, during which he held senior positions in major companies in the region: Chief Operating Officer at Danieli in Buttrio, General Manager at Casagrande in Pordenone, Managing Director and minority shareholder at Lima in San Daniele.
Then came the decision to become an entrepreneur, with the acquisition of C* Blade in Maniago, and finally joining ThermoKey, where he has been CEO for 10 years.
According to him, the ‘secret’ of a company’s success consists of three elements: customer satisfaction, cash flow and employee welfare.

Culture was certainly an element that played an important role in the success of his career and in the success of his projects to relaunch companies in financial distress, and ThermoKey was one of them.
It is no coincidence that, in his first speech to all ThermoKey employees after the takeover, Visentini invited everyone precisely to ‘fight not in the field of greater effort or cost cutting, but in the field of culture: results depend on behaviour and behaviour depends on culture. Culture is the root cause of results’.
A winning approach that has paid off, allowing the company to recover and achieve a consolidated turnover of 50 million in 2022, with 20% year-on-year growth over the last three years.
