ThermoKey accelerates toward an €80 million target after another year growth
The annual Sales Meeting 2025 recently concluded at our headquarters in Rivarotta (UD), serving as a strategic hub to align ThermoKey’s global sales force for an ambitious year ahead. It was two intense days of vision and strategy, where direct one-to-one sessions and technical discussions between sales, production, and R&D departments solidified a strategic path ready to deliver concrete results.

Preliminary financial data confirms our brand’s solid position: 2025 closed with a 3.9% revenue increase over the previous year and a 9% improvement in EBITDA margin. Much of this momentum was generated by a record-breaking Q4, fueled by strong demand for high-value solutions such as high-capacity dry coolers and industrial evaporators.
This exceptional drive continued into the first month of 2026, pushing our production backlog to over €40 million—a rock-solid foundation that allows us to set our sights even higher.

Growth strategy in pillars
Our growth strategy is focused on four key areas of excellence:
- Data Center Cooling. We are increasingly key players in this sector, both for traditional systems and new direct-to-chip or free-cooling solutions, where our high-performance, compact dry coolers make us an ideal partner for large global infrastructure projects;
- Microchannel Technology. The market, particularly in North America, is recognising the quality and reliability of our TK Micro technology, increasingly chosen for its efficiency, compactness, and integration in OEM solutions;
- ME-NA Penetration. Refrigeration remains an irreplaceable pillar. We are rapidly gaining market share in the Middle East-North Africa region, where the reliability of our stainless steel solutions for ammonia applications is proving to be a winning factor in tackling extreme climatic conditions, while always ensuring the highest degree of customization;
- Digitalizzazione e supporto tecnico. By enhancing Archimede and TK Desk, we provide our partners with cutting-edge selection and design tools. We offer not just products, but integrated technical support that simplifies every stage of the project.
