Genny Paviotti joins the administrative team to improve management control
We are pleased to announce that Ms. Genny Paviotti has joined the ThermoKey team as our new Industrial Controller.
Graduated in International Economics and in Management of Innovation and Technology from Bocconi University in Milan, Genny brings with her a solid background in the industrial sector.
With over ten years of experience at Wärtsilä — where she held various roles in management control (industrial, project, and R&D controlling) across different product lines — she will strengthen our administrative structure and play a strategic role in supporting the company’s growth, efficiency, and organizational development.
