On March 23, 2026, Vertiv and the shareholders of ThermoKey announced an agreement for Vertiv to acquire ThermoKey S.p.A.

This reflects a strong strategic fit at a time when high-density data centers and AI workloads are increasing the importance of advanced, scalable thermal management.

For ThermoKey, this builds on more than three decades of engineering and manufacturing know-how, application-driven engineering, in-house microchannel technology, and a strong commitment to innovation and execution.

ThermoKey is well known to Vertiv. Over time, our companies have worked together across ThermoKey’s portfolio and engineering capabilities, and ThermoKey has also been an important supplier to Vertiv. That familiarity and trust helped reinforce confidence in ThermoKey’s team, execution, and fit with Vertiv.

This is also a very personal moment for me. For the past twelve years, my focus has been on building long-term value in this company, and that commitment remains unchanged. My priority continues to be supporting our people, our customers, and our partners with the same responsibility, energy, and dedication that have brought us to this point.

The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
