Il corso previsto, “Strategie e strumenti innovativi per acquisti e forniture”, è finalizzato a rafforzare le competenze legate alla gestione efficiente e sostenibile dei processi di approvvigionamento. Il percorso formativo affronta in modo strutturato temi chiave quali la pianificazione dei fabbisogni, la selezione e valutazione dei fornitori e il coordinamento delle forniture.<\/span><\/p>\n

Particolare attenzione è dedicata all’utilizzo di strumenti operativi e approcci data‑driven, utili a migliorare la continuità della supply chain, favorire il coordinamento tra le diverse funzioni aziendali e rafforzare il controllo dei processi di acquisto, in un’ottica di efficienza, affidabilità e sostenibilità.
