Dry Coolers in inox e condensatori modulari microcanale per Roche<\/span><\/h3>\n

Roche, una delle aziende farmaceutiche più grandi del mondo, ha appena avviato un nuovo stabilimento di 6000 m2 presso Tortuguitas, Stato di Buenos Aires, Repubblica Argentina.<\/p>\n

Necessità<\/strong><\/p>\n

I prodotti immagazzinati devono essere mantenuti a temperatura controllata nell’intervallo di 15°-25° C con temperatura di setpoint del sistema di 24° C in estate e 21° C in inverno.<\/p>\n

Soluzioni<\/p>\n

Le condizioni termiche sono coperte da un sistema HVAC progettato da Frimont S.A. partner argentino di ThermoKey con unità di trattamento dell’aria (UTA) per ciascuna delle aree di uguale comportamento termico.<\/p>\n

A seconda delle condizioni interne ed esterne, una centrale termica genera acqua calda o fredda per condizionare l’aria che scorre attraverso l’UTA.<\/p>\n

Questo impianto termico è integrato da un gruppo di raffreddamento ad acqua (chiller) e pompa di calore con compressori a vite e refrigerante R-717 (Ammoniaca), e unità remote fornite da ThermoKey<\/p>\n

I prodotti forniti da ThermoKey sono stati progettati per soddisfare al meglio le esigenze del cliente:<\/p>\n

gli oilcooler modello GH1280C2\/16V(EC)S hanno tubi e collettori in inox in quanto nel circuito è presente olio ISOVG68 e ammoniaca. Sono equipaggiati inoltre con ventilatori elettronici “brushless” per il risparmio dell’energia elettrica;<\/p>\n
