[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]En 2013, ThermoKey<\/a> a surmonté un moment critique grâce à l’intervention des investisseurs Alberto Craici, Giuseppe Patriarca, Giorgio et Giuseppe Visentini et Renato Cinelli, qui l’ont repris et relancé.<\/p>\n

Sous la direction de Giorgio et Giuseppe Visentini, l’entreprise est devenue une réalité solide, avec 230 employés et un chiffre d’affaires de 60 millions d’euros par an, presque triplé en dix ans.<\/p>\n

Aujourd’hui, l’entreprise entame une nouvelle phase de croissance, grâce à l’acquisition par IGI Private Equity, avec LGT Capital Partners et BNP Paribas BNL Equity Investments (BBEI) comme co-investisseurs.<\/p>\n

IGI Private Equity<\/a>, un investisseur italien qui opère avec succès sur le marché depuis plus de 25 ans en sélectionnant des entreprises dotées de technologies distinctives et innovantes, a apprécié le travail accompli jusqu’à présent par ThermoKey, avec lequel il partage la vision axée sur la durabilité.<\/p>\n

De même, LGT Capital Partners opère également dans une perspective ESG avec des investissements à long terme, tandis que BNP Paribas BNL Equity Investments est spécialisé dans l’accompagnement de la croissance des PME dans une logique de partenariat à long terme.<\/p>\n

L’acquisition confirme Giuseppe Visentini en tant que PDG, qui continuera à diriger l’entreprise avec l’équipe de direction actuelle.<\/p>\n

Avec le soutien d’un partenaire financier, ThermoKey s’engage dans une nouvelle phase, plus difficile et plus ambitieuse, dans un environnement difficile et en constante évolution.<\/p>\n

Un contexte qui nécessite des investissements plus importants pour se développer à l’étranger, saisir les opportunités d’un marché de plus en plus mondialisé, accroître l’attractivité pour la main-d’œuvre et consolider la structure organisationnelle, financière et de gouvernance.<\/p>\n
