Il s’agit d’une solution à la pointe de la technologie, équipée d’une rainure hélicoïdale et de canaux secondaires qui génèrent des tourbillons pour mélanger efficacement le flux de réfrigérant.<\/p>\n

Conçu à l’aide de simulations CFD avancées, il a été validé par des tests de laboratoire rigoureux qui ont montré une augmentation significative de l’efficacité de l’évaporateur, l’améliorant jusqu’à 7 %.<\/p>\n

Au cours des six dernières années, nous avons collaboré avec d’importantes entreprises industrielles telles que Wärtsilä, Gruppo Cividale, SMS Group et Brovedani sur le projet Additive FVG Square<\/a>, au sein du parc Friuli Innovazione, devenant ainsi des pionniers dans le domaine de l’impression 3D métallique.<\/p>\n

Cette expérience, essentielle pour explorer et expérimenter le potentiel offert par l’impression 3D des métaux, nous a permis d’évaluer et de surmonter les problèmes liés à la conception de notre distributeur 3D, tout d’abord la non-homogénéité du fluide frigorigène biphasé à l’entrée du distributeur.<\/p>\n

La non-homogénéité des composants vapeur\/liquide – qui peut être due à des facteurs d’ingénierie de l’installation tels que la présence de courbes, de vannes, de changements de section, etc. – conduit à une inhomogénéité de l’entrée de réfrigérant dans l’échangeur, ce qui se traduit à son tour par une inefficacité du système et une diminution de l’échange de chaleur au niveau de l’évaporateur.<\/p>\n

Grâce à la discussion avec nos partenaires, nous avons pu résoudre ce problème critique, et maintenant nous envisageons les prochaines étapes avec un mélange de fierté et d’attente : d’une part, l’Office Européen des Brevets nous a officiellement informés que notre distributeur 3D obtiendra le brevet européen, le reconnaissant comme une véritable innovation dans notre domaine.<\/p>\n
