Flexibilité dans la recherche de solutions intelligentes, avec un temps de réponse rapide, même dans le cas de projets spéciaux. Ce sont les mots clés qui caractérisent le parcours de ThermoKey, une société basée à Friuli, dont le but est d’être le partenaire idéal pour fournir des installations ponctuelles d’échange de chaleur, adaptées aux besoins spécifiques des clients.<\/p>\n

Une adaptabilité essentielle qui a permis à l’entreprise de développer les compétences d’une division technico-productive qui a bâti plusieurs usines dans le monde ces derniers mois.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Par exemple, celle de la zone désertique de Opic Estate d’Agbara<\/strong>, au Nigeria<\/strong>, où ThermoKey a conçu une solution compacte et fiable pour refroidir une station de compression de gaz, faite par un moteur et un compresseur. ThermoKey a construit 3 circuits de refroidissement différents, insérés dans une seule unité de refroidissement à sec de type V, dédiant un circuit<\/strong> au compresseur et deux circuits au moteur, post-refroidisseur et enveloppe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

La Société a également travaillé à Dumbéa, en Nouvelle-Calédonie<\/strong>, à 16 mille km de là, au Centre médical Médipôle de Koutio<\/strong> : 4 sites dans 90 000 mètres carrés<\/strong>. Dans ce cas, ThermoKey a participé à la réalisation du système de climatisation, en fournissant 12 aéroréfrigérants pour l’ensemble de l’hôpital. Les besoins de conception spécifiques ont exigé des spécifications productives spécifiques : double revêtement pour résister à l’agression du sel marin, faible consommation électrique, faible émission sonore, poutres d’acier plus rigides et machines modifiées pour éviter la stagnation des eaux pluviales.<\/p>\n

La corrosion était également un problème, entraînant des pannes permanentes dans l’usine de production d’énergie de Favignana<\/strong>, une île magnifique dans l’Egadi<\/strong>. Pour résoudre ce problème, ThermoKey a proposé une solution qui utilisait un refroidisseur de liquide avec un boîtier en acier inoxydable et un échangeur de chaleur à tubes et ailettes entièrement en cuivre, complété par un traitement anti-corrosion afin de garantir une durée de vie de plus de 15 ans.  Les ventilateurs à faible bruit sont gérés par un régulateur de vitesse spécial qui garantit la température de l’eau de refroidissement sortant pour les deux circuits intégrés, basse et haute température.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image= »1614″ img_size= »full » onclick= »link_image » css= ».vc_custom_1512473690978{padding-top: 30px !important;padding-bottom: 30px !important;} »][vc_column_text]À Parme<\/strong>, une épicerie faisant partie d’une grande chaîne de distribution devait réduire au minimum sa consommation d’énergie et ses émissions de polluants. Dans ce cas, une technologie d’échange de chaleur mixte spécifique a été utilisée : des micro-canaux en aluminium,<\/strong> plus un batterie de tube de cuivre traditionnel, inséré dans une unité de récupération de chaleur totale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Grâce aux échangeurs de chaleur ThermoKey, l’unité de réfrigération polyvalente peut fonctionner simultanément pour les systèmes : réfrigération des aliments, chauffage d’hiver, climatisation d’été et hydrothermal sanitaire.<\/strong><\/p>\n
