\nRefroidisseurs à sec industriels de type V[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Refroidisseurs à sec industriels pour la centrale électrique Turbogas<\/span><\/h3>\n

La centrale électrique de Khoms <\/strong>sera située dans la ville de Kohms, à 120 kilomètres à l’est de Tripoli, en Libye<\/strong>.
\nLe projet consiste en une centrale électrique à Turbogas<\/strong>, avec une capacité de production nette de 525 Mwe, qui alimentera le réseau libyen.
\nL’usine à cycle combiné sera basée sur deux turbines à gaz General Electric de modèle 9FA.03<\/strong>, de 261 MW chacune.
\nLe carburant principal sera du gaz naturel <\/strong>et de l’huile distillée légère <\/strong>en guise de secours.
\nLa superficie du site est de 37 000 mètres carrés pour la nouvelle centrale et de 6 300 mètres carrés supplémentaires pour stocker le combustible de secours.
\nL’eau dessalée <\/strong>sera la principale source à la fois pour la production d’eau déminéralisée et d’eau pour la lutte contre l’incendie ; elle sera fournie par l’usine existante.
\nThermoKey fournira des refroidisseurs à sec industriels de type V<\/strong>, situés à l’intérieur d’un système de refroidissement à eau fermé, et sera utilisé pour refroidir l’eau qui coule dans les refroidisseurs à calandre qui, à son tour, refroidit à la fois le gaz et l’huile pour les trois compresseurs.<\/p>\n

Chaque refroidisseur à sec a les caractéristiques suivantes :<\/p>\n

Unité complète avec des ailettes pré-peintes à double couche <\/strong>adaptées aux environnements agressifs.<\/p>\n

Ventilateurs <\/strong>C4H, IP55.<\/p>\n

150 brides en acier inoxydable <\/strong>AISI 304 ANSI.<\/p>\n

Menuiserie peinte <\/strong>à 180 microns.<\/p>\n

Tubes de cuivre <\/strong>avec une épaisseur accrue.<\/p>\n
