Roche, l’une des plus grandes sociétés de pharmacologie au monde, vient de lancer son nouveau dépôt de 6000 m2 à Tortuguitas, dans l’État de Buenos Aires, en Argentine.<\/p>\n

Besoin<\/strong><\/p>\n

Les produits stockés doivent être conservés à une température contrôlée comprise entre 15°C et 25°C et avec une température de consigne de 24°C en été et de 21°C en hiver.<\/p>\n

Solutions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Les exigences thermiques sont couvertes par un système HVAC, développé par Frimont SA (partenaire de ThermoKey en Argentine) et composé d’unités de traitement de l’air (UTA) pour chacune des zones à comportement thermique égal.<\/p>\n

En fonction des conditions internes et externes, une usine thermique centrale (refroidisseur) génère de l’eau chaude ou froide pour conditionner l’air circulant dans l’UTA.<\/p>\n

Cette usine thermique est intégrée par une unité de refroidissement à eau (refroidisseur) et une pompe à chaleur, intégrée avec des compresseurs à vis fonctionnant avec le réfrigérant R-717 (ammoniaque), et des condensateurs à air à distance fournis par ThermoKey.<\/p>\n

Les produits fournis par ThermoKey ont été conçus pour répondre au mieux aux besoins des clients :<\/p>\n

  • les refroidisseurs d’huile modèle GH1280C2\/16V(EC)S sont équipés de tubes et de réchauffeurs en acier inoxydable, car il y a de l’huile ISOVG68 et de l’ammoniaque dans le circuit. Ils sont également équipés de ventilateurs EC « Brushless » pour économiser l’électricité ;<\/li>\n
  • les condensateurs modulaires TKmicro de type V à micro-canaux conçus pour les applications ammoniacales garantissent la modularité, la réduction de l’encombrement, des coûts d’installation et de l’impact environnemental (noyaux en aluminium 100 % recyclable) éliminant également les émissions de CO2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
