Organic Rankine Cycle ENOGIA<\/span><\/h1>\n

Partout où il y a des procédés de fabrication de matériaux et de biens, il y a des apapreils qui,  lorsqu’ils fonctionnent, produisent de la chaleur perdue (flux de chaleur inutilisés) libérée par rayonnement, fluides de refroidissement, gaz d’échappement ou air. <\/span><\/p>\n

Les sources de chaleur perdue dans l’industrie peuvent être les fours, les eaux usées provenant des processus de lavage, de séchage ou de refroidissement, mais aussi les systèmes de réfrigération ou les gaz d’échappement des usines deproduction. <\/span><\/p>\n

Le secteur industriel est celui où la proportion de chaleur récupérable est la plus élevée, bien qu’il ne soit pas celui caractérisé par la plus grande disponibilité de chaleur perdue.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Le Cycle Organique de Rankine (ORC -Organic Rankine Cycle) est une technologie clé à cet égard, qui grâce à un système basé sur un cycle thermodynamique à cycle fermé, permet de récupérer une partie de la chaleur perdue produite par les procédés industriels par la transformation des hautes  températures en électricité, qui est ensuite réutilisée sur le même site de production.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Organic Rankine Cycle ORC is a key technology in this regard, which by a system based on a closed-cycle thermodynamic cycle, allows to recover part of the waste heat produced by industrial processes by the transformation of high temperatures into electricity, which is then reused for the same production site.<\/span><\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]ENOGIA<\/a><\/strong> est une société française fondée en 2009 spécialisée dans la conception et la production de systèmes ORC (systèmes ORC basse température -entre 80 et 200°C).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

L’entreprise s’est tournée vers ThermoKey pour le refroidissement de l’ORC qui valorise les gaz d’échappement de l’incinérateur de Bézier, dans le sud de la France. Cet incinérateur spécifique a pour but d’éliminer les boues déshydratées provenant d’une station d’épuratio.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Pour garantir un fonctionnement maximal du système ORC, un aéroréfrigérant ThermoKey power J modèle JWQ2380BZ5 \/ 02W3EF (EC)<\/a><\/strong> d’une puissance de 800 kW a été installé. Le procédé a per-mis de récupérer 180 kW qui vont alimenter le système ORC, un excellent impact sur l’efficacité énergétique du cycle.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
