Los elevados costes<\/strong> energéticos obligaron a modernizar el sistema de refrigeración de la línea de producción<\/strong>. La aplicación requiere la eliminación de casi 300 kW de calor para el propilenglicol de 35 °C a 27 °C a una temperatura ambiente máxima de 35 °C, con un consumo energético anual<\/strong> de no más de 3.550 kW<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

La solución diseñada y fabricada por ThermoKey fue un enfriador de líquido seco equipado con EPS<\/strong> (sistema de panel evaporativo). Este sistema, basado en paneles evaporativos, complementa la oferta de ThermoKey en el campo del subenfriamiento adiabático. Gracias a la distribución uniforme y regulable del agua en los paneles, este sistema permite alcanzar un alto nivel de saturación y así aumentar<\/strong> eficazmente la eficiencia con un bajo consumo de agua<\/strong> (el número de horas al año es prácticamente ilimitado). EPS está diseñado para ciclos de trabajo estacionales sin limitaciones de tiempo y puede ser completamente desmontado para limpieza y mantenimiento<\/strong>. Gracias a la evaporación del agua que moja los paneles, no es necesario proteger el intercambiador<\/strong> de calor contra la corrosión<\/strong>. Es posible utilizar agua distribuida a través de la red de suministro de agua.<\/p>\n

Para garantizar la más alta calidad y seguridad<\/strong> de sus productos, ThermoKey ha certificado su sistema EPS por una institución independiente.
