Es una solución de vanguardia, que presenta una ranura helicoidal y canales secundarios que generan vórtices para mezclar eficazmente el flujo de refrigerante. Diseñado mediante simulaciones CFD avanzadas, ha sido validado mediante rigurosas pruebas de laboratorio que han demostrado un aumento significativo en el rendimiento del evaporador<\/strong>, mejorándolo hasta en un 7%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Durante los últimos seis años hemos colaborado con importantes empresas industriales como Wärtsilä, Gruppo Cividale, SMS Group y Brovedani en el proyecto Additive FVG Square<\/a>, dentro del parque Friuli Innovazione, convirtiéndonos en pioneros en el campo de la impresión 3D en metal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Esta experiencia, fundamental para explorar y experimentar el potencial que ofrece la impresión metálica 3D, nos ha permitido evaluar y superar los problemas relacionados con el diseño de nuestro distribuidor 3D, en primer lugar la falta de homogeneidad del refrigerante bifásico en la entrada del distribuidor.<\/p>\n

La falta de homogeneidad de los componentes vapor\/líquido – que puede deberse a factores de ingeniería de la planta como la presencia de curvas, válvulas, cambios de sección, etc. – de hecho, implica una introducción no homogénea del refrigerante en el intercambiador, lo que a su vez se traduce en ineficiencia en el sistema y en una disminución del intercambio de calor hacia el evaporador.<\/p>\n

Gracias a las conversaciones con nuestros socios hemos logrado resolver este problema crítico, y ahora miramos los próximos pasos con una mezcla de orgullo y expectación: por un lado, la Oficina Europea de Patentes<\/strong> nos ha comunicado oficialmente que nuestro distribuidor 3D obtendrá la patente europea, reconociéndola efectivamente como una verdadera innovación en nuestro campo.<\/p>\n
