Estas son estructuras robóticas portátiles que actúan en simbiosis con el operador siguiendo su intención de movimiento.<\/p>\n

Esta tecnología proporciona una ayuda válida a los trabajadores en prevenir y retrasar la aparición de trastornos músculo-esqueléticos asociados con trabajos extenuantes.<\/p>\n

En concreto, después de las pruebas preliminares con la participación de nuestro RLS Ricardo Ambrosio, optamos por el exoesqueleto MATE-XT del fabricante italiano Comau<\/a><\/strong>.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=».vc_custom_1684742588556{margin-top: 30px !important;margin-bottom: 30px !important;}»][vc_column width=»1\/2″][vc_column_text]Es un exoesqueleto pasivo no accionado (sin motores) capaz de sostener las extremidades superiores del usuario replicando los movimientos fisiológicos de los hombros y los brazos. De esta forma se alivia la carga percibida por el trabajador (se reduce un 30% el esfuerzo muscular a la altura de los hombros), reduciendo significativamente la fatiga física.<\/p>\n

En cambio, el respaldo en fibra de carbono permite apoyar la columna vertebral, mejorando también la ergonomía, el uso del exoesqueleto permite aumentar el bienestar de los operadores y, en consecuencia, la calidad del trabajo a mediano y largo plazo.<\/p>\n
