Organic Rankine Cycle ENOGIA<\/span><\/h1>\n

Donde se encuentran procesos de fabricación de materiales y bienes, hay máquinas que, cuando están en funcionamiento, producen calor residal (flujos de calor no utilizados) liberados por radiación, fluidos refrigerantes, gases de escape o aire.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Las fuentes de calor residual en la industria pueden ser los hornos, las aguas residuales de los procesos de lavado, secado o enfriamiento, pero también los sistemas de refrigeración o el aire de escape de las naves de producción.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

El mercado industrial es el que presenta una mayor proporción de calor recuperable, aunque no es el que se caracteriza por una mayor disponibilidad de calor residual<\/span><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]El Ciclo Orgánico de Rankine (ORC -Organic Rankine Cycle) es una tecnología clave en este sentido, que a travės deun sistema basado en un ciclo termodinámico de ciclo cerrado, permite recuperar parte del calor residual producido por los procesos industriales. para procesar la transformación de la temperatura más alta en electricidad, que luego se riutiliza en el mismo lugar de producción.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Organic Rankine Cycle ORC is a key technology in this regard, which by a system based on a closed-cycle thermodynamic cycle, allows to recover part of the waste heat produced by industrial processes by the transformation of high temperatures into electricity, which is then reused for the same production site.<\/span><\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]ENOGIA<\/a><\/strong> es una empresa francesa fundada en 2009 especializada en el diseño y la producción de sistemas ORC (sistemas ORC de baja temperatura, entre 80 y 200°C). La empresa recurrió a ThermoKey para la refrigeración del ORC que valoriza los gases de escape del incinerador de Bézier, en el sur de Francia. Este incinerador específico tiene como finalidad la eliminación de los lodos deshidratados derivados de una planta depuradora.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Para garantizar el máximo funcionamiento del sistema ORC, se instaló un drycooler ThermoKey powerJ modelo JWQ2380BZ5 \/ 02W3EF (EC)<\/a><\/strong> con una capacidad de 800 kW. El proceso permitió recuperar 180 kW que van a alimentar el sistema ORC, un excelente impacto en la eficiencia energética del ciclo.<\/span><\/span>
