ThermoKey ha sido elegida para un importante sistema de aire acondicionado en Nueva Caledonia<\/span><\/h3>\n

Médipôle de Koutio <\/strong>es un centro de salud en la ciudad de Dumbéa, en Nueva Caledonia<\/strong>, que acoge los recursos de cuatro ubicaciones en una sola área de 90.000 metros cuadrados<\/strong>.
\nThermokey ha participado en el proceso de creación del sistema de aire acondicionado del complejo Médipôle de Koutio, iniciado en 2015, proporcionando 12 aeroenfriadores para acondicionar el hospital <\/strong>y siguiendo una variedad de especificaciones para cumplir con las necesidades de esta peculiar instalación:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Para resistir el entorno agresivo debido a la proximidad del mar, los aeroenfriadores <\/strong>están equipados con aletas prepintadas de doble capa.<\/li>\n
  • Para cumplir con el requisito de bajo consumo de energía (36,2 kW <\/strong>para cada unidad) se han empleado ventiladores EC (brushless) <\/strong>de gran eficiencia y duración.<\/li>\n
  • Para respetar el uso previsto de la estructura (un hospital), el bajo nivel de ruido (108dB<\/strong>(A) nivel acústico total en una planta de 13.056 kW) se logra gracias a ventiladores electrónicos.<\/li>\n
  • Para evitar el agua estancada (que puede causar brotes de legionela, fiebre del dengue y otras enfermedades) ThermoKey ha rediseñado las unidades evitando cualquier zona cóncava y equipándolas con tornillos y pernos adecuados<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Para una mayor eficiencia en presencia de cargas de flexión, se ha dispuesto acero galvanizado al calor IPE beams (type HEB200) <\/strong>con alas paralelas anchas y mayor rigidez flexional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Por último, ThermoKey ha realizado el test FAT <\/strong>–prueba final para verificar y confirmar las especificaciones y los requisitos del contrato– en presencia del cliente. El cliente pudo:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Verificar e inspeccionar visualmente las unidades.<\/li>\n
    • Verificar el nivel acústico (nivel de ruido) en las r.p.m. indicada en las especificaciones técnicas.<\/li>\n
    • Asistir a la prueba eléctrica de los aeroenfriadores y verificar la intensidad en las diferentes fases de trabajo.<\/li>\n
    • Asistir a una breve formación sobre el sistema de control de velocidad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
