Aeroenfriadores de acero inoxidable y condensador remoto modular microcanal para la compañía Roche<\/span><\/h3>\n

Roche, una de las compañías farmacéuticas más grandes del mundo, acaba de poner en marcha su nuevo depósito de 6000 m2 en Tortuguitas, estado de Buenos Aires, República Argentina.<\/p>\n

\n

Necesidad
\n<\/strong>» Los productos almacenados deben conservarse a una temperatura controlada de entre 15 °C y 25 °C, y con un punto de ajuste de temperatura de 24 °C en verano y 21 °C en invierno.<\/p>\n

Soluciones
\n<\/strong>Los requisitos térmicos están cubiertos por un sistema HVAC, desarrollado por Frimont S.A. (socio de ThermoKey en Argentina) y compuesto por unidades de tratamiento de aire (UTA) para cada una de las áreas de igual comportamiento térmico.<\/p>\n

Dependiendo de las condiciones internas y externas, una planta térmica central (enfriador) genera agua caliente o fría para acondicionar el aire que fluye a través de la UTA.
\nEsta planta térmica está integrada por una unidad de refrigeración por agua (enfriador) y una bomba de calor, integrada con compresores de tornillo que funcionan con refrigerante R-717 (amoníaco) y condensadores remotos suministrados por ThermoKey.<\/p>\n

Los productos suministrados por ThermoKey se han diseñado para la mayor satisfacción de las necesidades del cliente:<\/p>\n

los enfriadores de aceite modelo GH1280C2\/16V(EC)S tienen tubos y calentadores de acero inoxidable porque hay aceite ISOVG68 y amoníaco en el circuito. También están equipados con ventiladores EC «Brushless» para ahorrar electricidad;<\/p>\n

Los condensadores remotos modulares TKmicro V-Type, con núcleos de tecnología microcanal diseñados para aplicaciones de amoníaco, aseguran modularidad, tamaño compacto, bajos costes de instalación y un menor impacto medioambiental (núcleos de aluminio 100 % reciclable), así como la eliminación de emisiones de CO2.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
