At ThermoKey, we believe that industrial innovation goes beyond product development. Continuous improvement of production processes<\/strong> is equally crucial. That’s why we’ve launched a new strategic investment: a dedicated assembly line for our ventilated units — including the Super Jumbo<\/strong><\/span><\/a> models — capable of producing up to two high-performance Dry Coolers per day.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This new line was created with a clear objective: to optimize operational flows, improve internal logistics, and increase overall production efficiency<\/strong>. The project is fully aligned with lean manufacturing principles. Minimizing waste, reducing handling time, and enhancing flexibility are essential to meeting market demands.<\/p>\n

The new assembly line also supports the growth of strategic products like the Modular Dry Cooler<\/strong><\/a><\/span> with microchannel technology, addressing the rising demand for high-density, large-scale industrial cooling solutions.<\/p>\n

The ST2 facility was selected for its large surface area and high ceilings. This — together with two 5-ton overhead cranes<\/strong> — facilitate the assembly and handling of large equipment. These features also pave the way for potential direct loading onto transport vehicles, offering significant advantages in logistical efficiency.<\/p>\n

To further enhance productivity, the line has been positioned near the existing vertical storage system<\/strong>, already operational within ST2. This allows immediate access to key components, dramatically reducing wait times and simplifying operational flow.<\/p>\n

The process concludes with the integration of a new automated electrical testing booth<\/strong>, designed to ensure the highest quality standards. Fully integrated with the company’s management system, the booth enables testing of all units produced — including those up to 150 kW\/Amp.<\/p>\n
