Hohe Energiekosten machten die Modernisierung des Kühlsystems der Produktionslinie<\/strong> erforderlich. Die Anwendung erfordert die Abfuhr von fast 300 kW Wärme für Propylenglykol von 35 °C auf 27 °C bei einer maximalen Umgebungstemperatur von 35 °C bei einem jährlichen Energieverbrauch<\/strong> von nicht mehr als 3.550 kW<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Die von ThermoKey entwickelte und hergestellte Lösung war ein Trockenflüssigkeitskühler<\/strong>, der mit dem EPS<\/strong> (Evaporative Panel System) ausgestattet war. Dieses auf Verdunstungsmatten basierende System ergänzt das ThermoKey-Angebot im Bereich der adiabatischen Unterkühlung. Dank der gleichmäßigen und einstellbaren Wasserverteilung auf den Platten können Sie mit diesem System einen hohen Sättigungsgrad erreichen und so die Effizienz bei geringem Wasserverbrauch<\/strong> effektiv steigern (die Anzahl der Stunden pro Jahr ist praktisch unbegrenzt). EPS ist für saisonale Arbeitszyklen ohne zeitliche Einschränkungen ausgelegt und kann für Reinigung und Wartung vollständig zerlegt werden<\/strong>. Dank der Verdunstung des Wassers, das die Matten benetzt hat, ist es nicht erforderlich<\/strong>, den Wärmetauscher vor Korrosion zu schützen<\/strong>. Es ist möglich, über das Wasserversorgungsnetz verteiltes Wasser zu verwenden.<\/p>\n

Um die höchste Qualität und Sicherheit<\/strong> seiner Produkte zu gewährleisten, hat ThermoKey sein EPS-System von einer unabhängigen Institution zertifizieren lassen.
