Es handelt sich um eine hochmoderne Lösung, die mit einer Spiralnut und Sekundärkanälen ausgestattet ist, die Wirbel erzeugen, um den Kühlmittelstrom effektiv zu mischen. Sie wurde mit Hilfe fortschrittlicher CFD-Simulationen entwickelt und durch strenge Labortests validiert, die eine deutliche Steigerung der Verdampferausbeute um bis zu 7 % ergeben haben.<\/p>\n

In den letzten sechs Jahren haben wir mit bedeutenden Industrieunternehmen wie Wärtsilä, Gruppo Cividale, SMS Group und Brovedani am Projekt Additive FVG<\/a> Square im Rahmen des Friuli Innovazione Park zusammengearbeitet und wurden so zu Pionieren auf dem Gebiet des 3D-Drucks von Metallen.<\/p>\n

Dieser Beweis, der für die Erforschung und Erfahrung des Potenzials des 3D-Drucks von Metallen von grundlegender Bedeutung ist, hat es uns ermöglicht, die mit der Konzeption unseres 3D-Verteilers verbundenen Probleme zu bewerten und zu überwinden, vor allem die Inhomogenität des zweiphasigen Kältemittels am Eingang des Verteilers.<\/p>\n

Die Inhomogenität der Dampf-\/Flüssigkeitskomponenten – die auf anlagentechnische Faktoren wie das Vorhandensein von Kurven, Ventilen, Querschnittsänderungen usw. zurückzuführen sein kann. – Dies führt zu einer Inhomogenität des in den Wärmetauscher eingeleiteten Kältemittels, was wiederum zu einer Ineffizienz des Systems und einer Verringerung des Wärmeübergangs zum Verdampfer führt.<\/p>\n

Dank des Vergleichs mit Partnern konnten wir dieses Problem lösen, und nun blicken wir mit einer Mischung aus Stolz und Erwartung auf die nächsten Schritte: Einerseits hat das Europäische Patentamt offiziell bekannt gegeben, dass unser 3D-Verteiler das europäische Patent erhalten wird, wodurch er als echte Innovation in unserem Bereich anerkannt wird.<\/p>\n
