Ziel: Kühlung des Tiefkühllagers (-20° C) in Reggio Emilia.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=“.vc_custom_1561726661033{margin-top: 25px !important;margin-bottom: 25px !important;}“][vc_column][vc_single_image image=“12128″ img_size=“650×186″][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Lösung:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Eine der ersten Anlagen überhaupt, die in direkter Expansion mit dem neuen Kältemittel mit niedrigem GWP OPTEON XP40 ® R449A R449A<\/strong> <\/span>Wirkungsgrad arbeitet (ersetzt R404A und R507), gesteuert durch ein computergesteuertes System und verwaltet durch Sensoren und Antriebe, um den Betrieb vollständig zu automatisieren.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die von Mafferi Refrigerazione realisierte Anlage besteht aus:
\nEiner Kühlzentrale mit zwei halbhermetischen Bitzer-Schraubenkompressoren mit je 125 Hp, die von 6 ThermoKey-Fernkondensatoren vom Modell HK für eine thermische Leistung von 1860 kW Delta T 10° C <\/span><\/strong>mit horizontalem Luftstrom versorgt werden.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Zwei interne Installationen, die so viele Tiefkühlzellen (verdichtbare Lagerräume) bedienen, jeweils mit
    \n2 ThermoKey-Industriekubikkühlern für niedrige Temperaturen, <spanstyle=“font-weight:bold;“=““> Modell IMT463.78D5GS.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Heißgasabtauanlagen, zentrale 4-Rohr-Technologie, um eine optimale Abtauung der Kühlaggregate zu erreichen, mit hoher Energieeinsparung und direkter Kontrolle des Drucks und der tatsächlichen Entfrostungstemperatur.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Der Energiesparaspekt dieser Anlage, der durch die gewählten technischen Lösungen erreicht wird, verdient besondere Aufmerksamkeit:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Die Handhabung der Kältemitteleinspritzung in den Verdampfern durch elektrische Thermostatventile:<\/strong>
      \nDieses System ermöglicht die Optimierung der Überhitzung des aus den Kühlern stammenden Gases und maximiert dadurch ihre thermische Leistung dank der geschlossenen Ringsteuerung, basierend auf Temperatur- und Druckdaten, die von den Sensoren am Ausgang der Wärmetauscherspulen erfasst werden.
      \nDarüber hinaus ermöglicht es eine ordnungsgemäße Versorgung der Verdampfer sowohl mit niedrigen als auch mit hohen Kondensationstemperaturen, wodurch eine optimale Versorgung der Wärmetauschspulen auch bei niedrigen Kondensationstemperaturen und folglich geringer Kältemittelzufuhr zur Spule aufrechterhalten wird.<\/li>\n
    • Gesamtenergieeinsparung beim Auftauen von Verdampfungscoils:<\/strong>
      \nDurch die Verwendung von heißem Gas zum Auftauen werden folgende Vorteile erzielt:<\/li>\n

          \n
        • Senkung der thermischen Belastung (und damit der Energiekosten) der Kondensation.<\/li>\n
        • Erzielen des Entfrostens bei Null Energiekosten.<\/li>\n
        • Schnelles und vor allem vollständiges Entfrosten (im Vergleich zur elektrischen Lösung).<\/li>\n
        • Verringerung der Dampfproduktionszeit und folglich ebenfalls Verringerung des Risikos der Eisbildung an den Wänden und der Decke der Kühlräume.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
